Customized / Personalized Items

Certain items can be personalized; if this option is offered, you can select the options during the check-out process. 


Important Note: Please review your spelling and personalized details carefully before finalizing your order, as changes cannot be made once the order is submitted.


Ordering Customized Products:

  • How to Order: Customization options are available on the product page. Select the product, choose the available options, and then add the item to your cart.
  • Important Considerations: Due to the specific processing requirements for personalized orders, changes or cancellations are not possible once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your spelling and selections carefully before confirming your order.
  • Name &/or Number Limitations: There are some restrictions due to the Chicago Bulls Personalization Policy. We're unable to customize/personalize shirts with some names or specific number combinations, this includes some Alumni players. During the online checkout process, enter the personalization details, if it is not available an error message will be displayed.


Processing and Shipping:

  • Extended Processing Times: Customized items require additional time to produce, resulting in extended processing times. This will be clearly noted on the product page. Typically, processing takes 1-3 weeks instead of the standard processing time.
  • Delay in Shipping: If your order contains multiple items, your entire order will be sent once your personalized/customized item has been processed.
  • Shipping: Once your custom item is ready, it will be shipped using the method you selected at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply.


Returns and Exchanges:

  • Limited Returns: Due to their personalized nature, customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there are defects in the product's material or workmanship, see how to return faulty item. Please contact our Chicago Bulls Store Support Team and include photos of the item to help the team quickly resolve any issues.
